Priya Kanayson is a global health policy and advocacy leader with extensive experience in cultivating relationships and driving policy outcomes in cross-cultural settings. She currently oversees policy, advocacy and communications at the Global Institute for Disease Elimination (GLIDE), where she also serves on the senior leadership team. A founding member of the Women in Global Health UAE Chapter, Priya is a Steering Group member of the RBM Partnership to End Malaria’s Advocacy, Resource Mobilization and Communications Partner Committee. She is a fellow at the Karolinska Institute and Stockholm School of Economics’ Executive Program in International Politics and Diplomacy for Health. Previously, she served as Policy & Advocacy Manager at the NCD Alliance, where she focused on integrating non-communicable diseases with HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, RMNCAH, universal health coverage, and health financing.

Priya holds an MPH with Delta Omega distinction from New York University and a BSc in Biology from the University of California, San Diego.
